After initial setup of NetLabels, there are 5 simple steps to print labels.

For each step, there is a corresponding button on the screen labeled 1-Logon through 5-Print:

• 1-Logon - enter your UserID and password. Select a label style and a Request Type. If you haven't been assigned a UserID, you can enter guest as both UserID and Password to try out NetLabels.
• 2-SetUp PrintJob - select label design and identify the source of label data (file or keyboard).
• 3-Show 1st Page - Preview the first page, with the option to scroll through each page to be printed. There is a zoom feature to magnify the label preview.
• 4-Page SetUp - can generally be SKIPPED - NetLabels will automatically set the page orientation to Landscape for End-Tab labels and Portrait for Top-Tab (drawer) labels.
• 5-Print - Print the labels to your color printer.
