I use Microsoft Internet Explorer as my web browser. When I try to log on to NetLabels, my screen is covered by strange white streaks and I can't see NetLabels very well. What is wrong?

There is a known bug when running Internet Explorer with the Java Plug-in Version 1.3.0. When scrolling the NetLabels web page, random white streaks may appear, obscuring the NetLabels screens.
