When I try to log in to NetLabels I get a blank User Message. Why?

If you are getting a blank USER MESSAGE box when trying to login, a proxy server on your network is preventing NetLabels from authenticating your UserID and password.

You can go to www.netlabels.com/archive and log in. This site was setup so users with proxy servers can still print labels.
